<p>In case anyone was wondering about the appeal thing- I just spoke to Santiago at Admissions and he said that you’ll have about a week from when(if) you receive a rejection to send an appeal. The April 25th date isn’t set in stone, since they say they may still be rolling out decisions til April 30th. </p>

<p>I hope people don’t mind i post a comment about the UCSC financial package here. I checked their portal this morning and I was able to click on the year under the financial aid page. when I logged in i saw some numbers…like total attendence cost: somewhat around $31, 000, total aid: $0…
sorry i can’t remember the real numbers cuz when i checked again later today it was gone…i couldn’t click on the year of 2015 and get to that page at all. Is that because I made some correction to my FAFSA this afternoon?</p>

<p>@LAtransfer2014 I got emailed about FAFSA as well, so I checked it out. My EFC is near zero as well, and I got offered about $25k the whole year. It’s very odd that you got nothing if your EFC is $0. You should ask about that. Maybe call UCSC’s Financial Aid office?</p>
