@Bored1997 They made me submit my 9th, 10th and 11th standard grades. I am from CBSE.
@Bored1997 IKR
I don’t know I read the international students requirement page and it said to do so.
@michaelite If you are an Indian(or any other country except States) You can submit only your Board Results. Let it be cbse or icse
Would you guys attend if accepted?
yeah uiuc is my first choice @michaelite
I’d commit within minutes if i get in
UT Austin and UCB are the only ones which I prefer more than UIUC from the 12 universities I applied to
@michaelite I plan to take these one by one if I get into UIUC then I will see if I get into a better uni or not then commit.
Im feeling low basically coz of That shitty form. I dont think so I will get in really. I was hoping before, not now
i have the decision appeal form but i cant access it - does this mean anything
India
ICSE, Certificate of Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation, or provincial Standard X exam certificate
ISSE or Standard XII exam certificate
O-level/GCSE/IGCSE certificates (if taken)
A-level certificate (if taken)
School marksheet for grades 9-12, if student attends a school which does not follow the Indian school system
This is what it said so I only submitted the ICSE results @michaelite
Idk if that means something. Even I cant view it. Many others can. and Many dont have it at all
I would love to… But the if I don’t get a scholarship to somewhere like Cornell… I might choose UT Austin or Purdue over UIUC, because of the lower fees, and possible departmental scholarships to internationals second year onwards… but lets see … we live in hope
@michaelite Do you mind sharing your SAT/ACT and which major did you apply to?
What I am hoping with the appeal form that it is something that shows up once your decision has been put in, and that everyone will eventually get it. Who knows though, just trying to stay positive!
@JANSAT2400 I had to submit all my marks… from 9th to 11th grades…dunno why…i just saw my application, they are all there
@Sarahashleys I posted the same thing about an hour ago, hope it’s true…
I had 6A*s, 8A’s, 1B in my GCSE O levels, and sat score 2160
do i have a chance for civil engineering?
@JANSAT2400 CS… SAT 1520/1600… as UIUC does not see writing… overall 2230
