Maybe UIUC got the news that people might take this a s rejection and removed them
I applied for CS+MATH ( DID NOT get the form)
Or maybe they put it up early as an error? and removed it now. I guess they were supposed to put that up for the rejected applicants later
It’s not that easy @Rag22304 GTech had a similar incident when people would get 4 tabs on buzzport instead of 3 which meant acceptance in the end.
