<p>Yes they’ll send one to tell you “how to view the decisions on my Carolina when they are available”. So I believe, email first, then decisions.</p>

<p>I think night means to them email’s around 3pm followed by decisions thereafter. I had requested information about veterans benefits and someone called me and I asked him while we were on the phone. He said as of now either tonight or tomorrow night.</p>
