Official UNC-Chapel Hill Fall 2013 Transfer Thread

Anybody sees decision?

Nope… If anything it’ll be at 7

omg i am panicking, this is not cool

I think I am going to win the pool. I say they start coming out 2:30 pm tomorrow.

got the email. So nervous

@CCstudentNYC I guessed that 2:30 time first… :wink:

But yeah, I think you’ve been dead on all along.

I got the email as well!!!

I got it too :slight_smile: So exciteddddd

OMG i’ve been glued to this thread all day… Good luck to everybody! If decisions come out at 7 that would be AMAZING.

@carolina- I’ll take 2:38pm then lol

Hahaha. Either/or sounds good to me

Yeah, I feel like it wi probably be tomorrow. All of this on the same day is a lot. But I hope I’m wrong!

Any definite time would be great

I’m thinking they’re for sure out tomorrow. It probably just won’t be until mid-afternoon.

im not gonna sleep tonight and start studying only after i get the decision

I’m willing to sacrifice my mothers kitchen table to the admission gods if they release tonight! I’ll just have to explain why I’m throwing myself through it first and everything should be good to go.

im looking back at my essay on common app and i see some of the small mistakes like “proper amount of credits” which should be “a proper amount~”
do you think it did affect my chance a lot?

I accidentally wrote “hung” instead of “hanged” and it managed to get past three professors, I noticed it two weeks ago. Needless to say, I was on Google looking up info on mistakes in application essays and for the most part i found that a mistake here and there is perfectly fine, a lot of the time they’re so brain numbed from reding so many essays that they don’t even pick it up. However, the one mistake to never make is to spell the name of the school wrong. lol

your information makes me relaxed… and i checked like hundred times if i put the right name of the school lol it clearly says univerisy of northcarolina at chapel hill lol
and i have a quick question for you.
i am now taking eng 2 and cal 2, so the grades of those two courses are not stated on my transcript.
Do you think they gave me rejection or something because they only saw introductory level of eng and math? i am worried about it too much because i didn’t even send in my mid term grades, which i think would have proven them i can manage upper level of classes… sigh

tndud6364, just wondering, are you a sophomore or junior transfer?
