I honestly don’t have a clue. I never really looked into the requirements because mine are waived twice over; Non-trad and I have an associates degree. My best guess is to call 9 am tomorrow and ask. Sorry!

i couldn’t take cal 2 and eng 2 before applying to the school because i was not eligible.
but i believe i showed improvement from basic level of eng and math to the college-level.
Do you think my chance is not that positive because they only saw cal 1 and eng 1? omg… im just super nervous right now… i sent in two recommendations from eng 1 professor and pre-cal though, both of which are awesome, they said.

Not qualified to say yes or no, but I think you’re covered pretty well. How old are you? and are you on track to get your associates degree before next fall?

@CCstudentNYC

thank you for your words
hope they did see some potentials in my application…

im 26 and no, i will have to take 2 or 3 more classes to get the degree but it’s 62.5 credits which i believe are enough to show them i can manage college-level courses

Academic requirements are waived at 24 years old. You’re good anyway.

I have a maybe stupid question. I use commonapp to do the application, several school. Since Econ major doesn’t require supplemental essay, Ali submitted is only the general one on the commonapp, so I didn’t even wrote a school’s name in my essay, because it will be sent to all schools that I apply for. You guys submitted essays desperately?

@CCstudentNYC

i would have died of too much nerves if i didn’t have these information from you
i really appreciate it

@tndud: NP, I’m sure you’ll do fine. @ybing: no just the regular essay is all that is required.

@ybing0623

i asked them if it’s okay to submit a common essay without the name of school and the lady said, “Yes, it will be find as long as it is grammatically correct.”

i put the name though

lol that was funny

I’m so anxious about this decision. I can’t even focus on anything else. Do y’all think decisions will be posted in the morning, or do y’all think they’ll wait until afternoon/night?

they’ll probably come in throughout the day honestly

I have NO idea. But hopefully I’m not in class when they post 'em. I’ll die. Lol.

I think the majority of them will be posted at the same time. However, there are always ones that get posted later. I’m sure the applicants that met the appropriate deadline will have their decisions up first.

Definitely not even looking at my decision until I check this forum and see whether you guys got in or not!

@ybing0623 for the commonapp it suggests you shouldn’t specifically mention the college, however I still did because it was the only school I applied to and I am interested in some relatively specific things that CH offers.

no disappoinments and sad mood tomorrow
im not gonna sleep so ill let you guys know if something comes up

nothing new
time to go to school lol omg… so tired
