[<em>] Why you think you were accepted/waitlisted/rejected: I’m not sure. My dad is convinced that my legacy status didn’t help me much if at all; I’m not sure, but I’m inclined to agree (it’s not like we’ve given money or have maintained close ties with the school). I think that the most likely reason was the essays; I spent the most time out of all of my essays on the UChicago supplement’s long essay.

General Comments:
My class load and extracurriculars don’t look overly impressive in a national pool, but in small-town Indiana I did my best! I’m so excited to be accepted and also humbled by the achievements of others in the applicant pool (including some who weren’t accepted).</p>
