thanks for that backup SamIam…up yours adam

You know that Michigan isn’t issuing any decisions until December, right? See the following from this link: [Office of Undergraduate Admissions: Early Action](http://www.admissions.umich.edu/early/)

“Completed applications will be reviewed prior to the Early Action deadline of November 1. Application review begins each year in late September and our first decisions will be released in December. All completed applications submitted after the Early Action deadline will be reviewed under a Rolling Admission practice. There is, however, no advantage for applying during our Early Action time frame other than receiving your decision by a specified date we will not be awarding additional consideration in the review of an application simply because it was submitted for Early Action.”

Hopefully this helps you stay calm, at least for another week. Good luck!

a girl in my school got into the art school already since the art school’s admission is still rolling

does anyone have a reasonable guess as to when results will be out? because before december 23rd is extremely broad…is it going to be as soon as this week or closer to the 23rd? just wish the results would be online instead of waiting for a letter!!

ablindz: results will appear online first…just login to your Wolverine Access account and click “applciation status”. Next to where it now says “View Credentials” will be a “View Decision” link. WHEN that link is present, a decision has been made. Then you can take a deep breath and witness your entire life pass before you just before you click the link. If you are in there will be a Congrats notice…if not, it will says “your decison has been mailed to you”. This TYPICALLY means you could have a deferral, which means another two or three months of waiting. If your credentials were not in the ballpark the letter you received will drop the hammer on you–politely, of course.

7 and 1/2 hours until we are in eligible decision release territory!

Yea I was thinking the same thing Bc. Do you guys believe their is a stong chance some decisions are released tommorow?

I’m hoping tomorrow but decisions just seem like a Friday or Monday thing.

^Not necessarily. They come out whenever they do, hopefully, tomorrow!

wait, what do you mean by that BC? when is eligible? and how come you guys think they’ll come out tomorrow? i’m not refuting your reply, i just have no idea when they will come out. did they announce something?

@snackyx lol…thats exactly how i feel…with the “whole life” passing before me thing

That’s just when umich said they would begin releasing decisions. (not the 1st per say, but starting in December)

I know a few people who got their decisions today so…

@kmlee93: did the people who you know got in today get in for music and the arts or for LSA???

this is going to be just like last years decision thread

well I hope everyone says what happened to them… I wanna post a record for myself as a chancer

Just so you know, music decisions usually don’t come out until April, and are not available EA – though the odd super talented person might hear early. Usually they complete the auditions (first week of March) before notifying.
So…it isn’t likely to have been for music. They’re always last ;)

The anticipation is killllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllling me =[

@Mechigan Boy

Is that a bad thing?

The anticipation is KILLING ME. I probably won’t receive a decision until December 23rd considering I turned mine in Oct 26th. But who knows.
