Apparently interview notifications are going out on 2-13. Collegegoer is a trollololol.

Going out through snail mail?

both email and snail mail this week

Hey, just notified for interview today via e-mail, so I guess the 2/13 notification date was right lol.

@breaker congratulations!!! What time did you get the email? How many dates are there? Please share any relevant details! (Hoping I’ll get an invite too! [and see you there! :)])

I got the e-mail at 12:59 PM, says

Hope you get an interview, good luck!

omg, if we didnt get emails does it mean we aren’t in?

I actually met several people this past weekend who had received notification a while ago, so Collegegoer is not a ■■■■■!

My D has 2290 and 35 ACT and still has not heard anything yet.

So, what’s your point…

Alliance1,

2290 and 35 are impressive , but it takes a lot more than that to get an interview at Pitt. The ECs and essays matter a lot.

I know this isn’t the thread for it but have any of u received interviews from the slu med scholars program at washu?

have any rejections been sent out yet?

Sorry. She has 2390 and 35 Act.
She got the interview yesterday. Did you get an interview?

The interview message was through e-mail.

I’m getting nervous here. How many applicants did they wind up having? How many interview offers?

The program is super competitive because they get a lot of super qualified applicant who are interested in the high ranking of the Medical School and the full ride for UG. In the end they only end up taking 10 people. I hope all of you applicants know that you need to keep a GPA above 3.75 to stay in the program. This is higher than most other programs.

Nothing yet. The least they could do is let us know if we didn’t get one. Why is it taking so long?

ilikefoood,

Judging from the following Q&A from the FAQ on the GAP website:

*When will I know if I have been invited to interview at the School of Medicine?

Your completed application will be reviewed and you will be notified by the 2nd week of February if you have been invited to interview. A hard copy of the invitation letter will follow the email notification. This letter will contain all the information that you will need in order to organize your visit to the School of Medicine for your interview. The interviews will be conducted during the weeks beginning March 1 and March 26*

I would say that if we haven’t received an interview notification by now, we aren’t likely to get one. It doesn’t say anything about sending out rejections; apparently you’ll only get an email notification if “you have been invited to interview.”

Anyone know about the Chancellor’s…?

Omg vouloirpouvoir, you are so right. Thats a bummer
