[li] Where else were you accepted/rejected: SUNY Binghamton PWS Scholar, Hunter Macaulay Honors College, Williams (early write), and Wesleyan. I was deferred from Princeton early action, and have yet to receive a rejection![/li]Good luck everyone!

I really don’t feel like posting my stats AGAIN, you can look through my posts if you’re curious. I was rejected after being deferred EA. Not worried about it, I’ve already committed to Maryland, I’m a terp at heart :)

We are so excited! Our daughter was accepted, and will be joining our son who is a first year! After reading VADAD1’s posts, my daughter wouldn’t even log on to check (she was sooo nervous). We had to remind her that she would be going to college somewhere and already has some great choices (several with generous scholarships). None of that seemed to matter because she really wants to go to UVA. She was so thrilled to see the word “Congratulations.” Best of luck to all of you seniors! I am sure great things await you all!

Decision: Accepted

GPA: 3.5
SAT: 2270
EC: Tennis, and Policy Debate/Lincoln/Public Forum
Why I think I got in: Passion for mathematics/some other field which I don’t want to mention; wrote numerous academic writings;

Good luck to you all

Rejected. I’m too lazy to do everything but the gist:

3.8 UW GPA
In-state
2090 SAT
Boatload of time in 3-4 focused ECs (founded a club, led another, significant awards in debate), moderate course load (10 total APs)
I would say I had strong essays and recommendations, though that’s obviously subjective. I was rejected from Washington University and, other than that, admitted everywhere else that I’ve heard back from (Tech, JMU, American, GWU). Scholarships from both AU and GWU as well.

I’m a bit disappointed, and I know there’s tons of other people who were just as/far more qualified who were rejected this year. I’m not sure what the deal was but I wish the best of luck to everyone who was accepted.

Waitlisted. Which is totally cool since its not my number 1 at all. But for reference:

4.4 weighted gpa
2100 super score sat
30 act
Above 700 on 3 sat IIs
3 5s on 3 total AP exams
Out of state.

Sent from my DROID2 GLOBAL using CC
