For both our sakes, buddy, I hope you’re right. We shall see.

Did anyone applying to the nursing school get an email to schedule an interview today??

Penn’s admission decisions for transfer applicants will be released on May 13, 2013 at 3:00 p.m. EDT!

^How did you find out???

They released it on the official admissions website.

Kassie14- I also applied to the school of nursing. I actually emailed them back in March to schedule my interview which was in early April.

XCAT is a hassle, be prepared…having to harass teachers for old syllabi to submit. You must have them for every class you want transfer credit for or it won’t happen. Make sure you have everything ready to go. I got in via LPS so get a little head start on the process.

wait yolocholo, you already got in to Penn?

Good luck to us all (: It’s gonna be the last 18 days of darkness

Hi all. I am a undergraduate international student currently studying in the states and looking to transfer. I applied to Upenn, even though I do not have a strong SAT/ACT (as you can see from my humble english ). But I did well on this year’s Putnam test, in fact no one from Upenn or Cornell, or Brown and the likes outperformed me this year. Thus, I thought I might have a reasonable shot at them. However, I have not completed application; it is still missing the test score part. What do you guys think about my situation?
At first I was positive, then for some reason I started to become less confident because all universities seem to have strict policies on the completeness of the application.

Any thought will be helpful.
Good luck all!

14 more days…!

14 more days but my hopes are gone :((

I’m applying to try and enter their Engineering school for Computer Science. I am a double major CS and CPE student at Virginia Tech currently. At this point, I really just want to hear back regardless of the decision. I hate waiting for people to get back to me on applications to be honest lol.

so decisions come out in 14 days?

do only nursing school applicants get interviews and not transfers?

They don’t interview transfers. I am going to guess Nursing isn’t under their general transfer process.

Anyone else applying to engineering? If their engineering is like the engineering program at VT, a lot of people probably end up dropping their major after the first two years lol

I’m a transfer nursing school applicant and was interviewed. Not sure about the rest of the schools.

The nursing transfer interview was more like info on the nursing program instead of a traditional interview.

@marty212 I am applying as a computer engineering major. I feel like that most likely is not the case at Penn. Because admissions is so selective and the caliber of Penn’s students is much higher, the engineering drop-out rate is a lot lower.
