Official US December SAT I Thread

Thedude, Zero is not a negative integer :(.

0 is not odd or even.

thedude, i got 125, I'm pretty sure it was right

you can't use 101, zero isn't a positive odd integer.

0 is not an odd integer, so I think it is 125. I could be wrong though.

wait -- what was the question to thing that i said was = to zero?

Pretty sure the cone problem was expiremental cause that section was pretty odd(herioglyphic problem wtf) and had some mathmatical symbol similar to a J that I am not familar with.

Basically it was just there are 5 odd integers so 5 for the first digit X 5 for the second digit X 5 for the third digit = 125.

I know this one was experimental but I'm just wondering what did other people get for the area of the square inside the square?

yea.. was the one with roman mathmatics experimental?

I didn't have the hyroglyphic one so it musta been experimental. I still can't figure out for the life of me which one I did have that was experimental.

any guesses on what the curves will be then?

Guys, I assure you that admonish: reproof is extol: virtue

wait what was the question whos answer was 1/2?

God Damn it! Youre right about the odd integer problem.

Guys, I assure you that admonish: reproof is extol: virtue

that sounds 100% correct. but i dont think it was asked liek that

i'm pretty sure honor : accolade. to admonish someone is to rebuke them...a reproof is a rebuke in itself.

aviacaspirit,

What do you mean?

It was definitely "mouth:harbor"

I think extol:virtue was for another question (not positive).

And the 1/2 one, Richard, was where on one side it had X and the other side X^2 (with some numbers in front) and then you had to say any number that would make the X side greater than the X^2 side. Didn't have to be 1/2.

Admonishment comes in the form of reproof and praise comes in the form of an accolade. I sure of this one.
