Official US December SAT I Thread

so anybody remembers all the CR question they should post

anyone with sentence completion list yet?

I'm almost positive the question asked for which number/s when added to the set would make the mean and the median the same number. All three of the numbers when added to the set of four numbers made the mean and the median the same.

see, we both have the same problem. I reread it also because I thought that 5 as the answer was too simple and why offer other options.

5 was the only answer, 100 percent sure, you guys didn't remember they asked you to answer which number if added would also be the average and median

yeah it had to be all three as 4yanami said

oh well, >700 satisfies me

Ok so we have

The drug was (deleterious), it killed the cancer cells, but also the healthy ones.

From the top of the canyon I had a (panaramic) view of the surrounding area.

He always spoke with a (conspiritorial) tone, which could make the most (innocous) conversation seem illicit.

more? what was the sentence for penchant?

hey do u guys have to keep refreshing the page to see new posts?

can we like plesae not talk about math??? or lets have a different forum for math and a different one for verbal?? its getting really annoying.....**** math

I am pretty sure I beat my old score of 1380 ( I killed the verbal!)

starburyknicks2004-2005: go to the other thread called SAT DECEMBER VERBAL

CR quesitons guy who knows them

i didn't have the ones with deleterious/cancer

The drug was (deleterious), it killed the cancer cells, but also the healthy ones---this is experimental

or someone start a list, that'll make everyone else focus on the CRs

There was some question for someone having a penchant for drawing I think...

What were the other anwsers for the drug one? I can't remember what I put...

lets do the CR on the asain poets.. .but i don't remeber the question.. soo

The problem here is that we keep discussing the same damn things, before you ask about a question check the previous pages of the thread. The 10 section component of the math, the grid-ins,qc's, and the analogies have bee beaten to death. I'm 99 percent sure that the concensus on these is correct so let's move on to the CR and sc's.

i think that one quesiton was phrased like this: which number when added to the the set of numbers would be the median and the mean.. so it is 5..
