How did you guys log in/sign up to oasis? It says my USC ID is invalid?
@collegebeans the log in is your USC ID and password is your birthday MMDDYY - not everyone has access it’s no big deal if you can or can’t get in - people got accepted last year and couldn’t get into it at all. @ohwow1 no clue what the “who page” is?
Hey guys I am applying to Marshall’s for accounting as a freshmen. When I applied I was working as a tutor for an after school program. However, after the application was submitted, I scored an internship at an accounting firm. Should I report this to my counselor even if this might or might not give me an edge on my admissions.
What…so last night I had a link on my admissions status page for something about a midyear report?
I was a bit down due to an onslaught of rejections so I didn’t think much of it. I logged in again today and the link is gone? But I can still access the page since I didn’t close the window.
Anyone else have this link? o.o
Update: Seems like I can access the login page but can’t proceed past it.
It says, “This site is not open to public access.”
Wait is this the oasis site that everyone is talking about?
Wait is it a bad sign if I haven’t heard anything back from USC yet? Or is it still too early to tell??? Omg I’m freaking out

@ForeverGymnast21 & @weare1 Same as you guys! I looked at last years thread and people were getting either SGR’s or decisions around this time now. And so far only one person was accepted and no one has heard anything ground breaking as of yet. Kind of betting on this school
I guess we’re all on the same boat, eagerly waiting. It’s been a depressing weekend with my UCLA rejection hope I get into USC like the rest of my family. 
@AlexNeeeeewin I hope I get in too. I was rejected from just about everywhere I applied to last year (including UCLA and CSULB). Both accepted me this year, so I’m crossing my fingers that this trend means USC will as well.
And I know, I was crushed with all the rejections I had last go.
@Veip12 Hmm, that’s a toughie since it does sound like a really good EC to mention. Maybe you could mention in it some type of letter and upload it to YouSC and not email your counselor directly in case they don’t have the best reaction to it and say it wasn’t necessary. That’s what I used to do; send in letters so they couldn’t really respond to me in real-time =x
I used my 10 digit ID and MMDDYY for password and could not log into OASIS what does this mean?
@jaxtransfer It doesn’t really mean anything going by the past year. Don’t worry about it. Tons of people who couldn’t access OASIS got into USC.
@zettasyntax At least you got into UCLA and CSULB already! You have some things to fall back on 
I’m hanging onto a limb here, and currently debating what I should do if don’t get in.
I’ve been thinking I’ll just apply again next year and use this year to study abroad somewhere
Does anyone know if the Trojan Transfer Plan is a preferred method? I flew down in June and met with a counselor and he said I should be at USC my sophomore year as long as I maintain a heavy course load, do well in my classes of course and reach the 30-32 units cap at the minimum. Anyone know someone who has had experience with this? Thanks!
