<p>Chuckhouse, you really are underestimating the difficulty of being admitted as an OOS at a top public like UVA, UCLA or Berkeley. If you were in state, based upon your admission at Cornell or WUSTL, you would probably be admitted. Those are better schools anyway.</p>
