Anybody know the chances of how many appealed students that got admitted to pre-sciences, actually get into the CS department?
@AwaitingApplicant131 on the page about appealing your status they claim that the likelihood of a decision being changed from an appeal is about 1 in 20
@Escobar12 are you in Washington too? I thought I read that P&G Scholarship info would be in the letter but that could be wishful thinking. Anyone out of state receive a letter in the mail yet?

No letter and it sounds like it may not be in there. We have to make a decision to go visit or not for accepted students day based on that information. I hope someone can answer when that scholarship info will go out. Also, does anyone know the stats on people who receive OOS scholarships?

From the information we received there is no admitted students day. Students who have committed to UW must attend a 2-day information and advising & orientation session during the summer months. For those who have not yet heard, have you tried calling the admissions office?
I tried calling the office but there was an automated voicemail that said “decisions will be released till the 15th.
No, she has been accepted. Also, there is an admitted student day @swimmermom2 . We also haven’t even visited the school, so we are happy they have one.

The admitted students days depend on your major. For example, College of Engineering is 4/6.

I emailed the office of admissions because I had a few questions and they let me know about the P&G scholarship- I didn’t get it. I’m honestly so heartbroken but my parents are trying to figure something out because I literally have not received sufficient aid from any schools I’ve gotten into except for my safeties. Plus the UCs are looking unlikely and since i’m CA in state that would be most affordable…
