@gyuanyu you look pretty competitive, as long as you had good essays and recs I’d say you’re fine

Didn’t get an email, but checked my account and: admitted!

@screenjunkie omg congratulations, i’m actually freaking out. i haven’t heard anything yet

How do we check our account?

@jacksunnyd its your myappvu account, the one that had your application. It changed for me

HOLY CRAP GUYS. No email, but I was accepted this morning!! Congrats to everyone else as well!

@zbt123 and @screenjunkie when were your applications completed?

@WMstudent18 March 12, I believe (i submitted my application on 3/11, when my school forms were already in, so the completion was the very next day)

Y’all, I was just accepted this morning! And I got really good financial aid, so I’m probably attending! Here are my stats:

HS GPA: 3.5
SAT: 2050 something like that

Asian, applied for F.A.

University of Alabama GPA: 3.730
Brief Credentials: Theta Tau, lots of volunteering, mission trips during summer, SCEN research lab

I didn’t feel that I had anything super amazing on my application. I worked really hard on my essays, and tried to emphasize how much changing to pre-med Neuroscience from pre-med Chemical Engineering at Bama would benefit me. I was super specific about that. Other than that, I wrote a lot about my volunteer and few leadership experiences. One last thing: I applied as a HS senior, but I was straight up rejected during early admission. If y’all want something, don’t give up! Regroup and try again after evaluating your options if you think it’s best for you.

Can’t wait to see some of y’all in the fall! ANCHOR DOWN! <3

Congrats to those who were accepted. Also, where on the screen would it say accepted or rejected?

@WMstudent18 March 3rd I beleive

As soon as I logged in it said “Congratulations…”

No email but accepted to Peabody today! My application was complete early February.

@ilikewatermelon how did you view your financial aid package? I applied, and I feel like I’m definitely eligible, but did not see it on the admissions page.

I’m still just seeing “Application Complete”, anyone else?
