Official Vanderbilt University Fall 2013 Transfer Thread

Yeah, I double checked on USPS calculator, and since it’s a priority mail envelope I’ll either receive it today, or I’m in the second batch of decisions :/

Anyone tried calling?

Good idea. I’ll call rt now to see if they’ve sent my decision yet.

Darn, lady on the phone couldn’t tell me if a decision was made for me or not. Guess I’ll have to wait it out for the next 15 min…

Does anyone know if they mail out an equal amount of letters for each “wave”?

Hey, I’ve been following this blog since january but this is my first time posting

Accepted today - received at my school address as I’m an international student

Stats:
US Highschool - 3.99
College - 3.94

Accepted to College of Arts & Science

GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE STILL WAITING TO HEAR!

Also, has anyone received any rejection letters?

Hi, I’m a transfer student from Boston College. Just received my acceptance today for Peabody College!

Please tell me you didn’t receive it at BC but at your house. Lol congrats by the way

Does the aid package come with the letter?

Alas, no decision letter today :(

letouch, I feel you. Mail at my Dad’s house should arrive in an hour, and I think I’ll be in the same boat as you. He has the neighbor on high alert.

@ lelouchFTW

do you mind posting your stats for reference?

Since we are in the same boat, I think we should probably begin to prepare for the next wave (pun intended). Any idea when they will be sent?

I got my confirmation feb 19th and I still haven’t gotten anything. I feel like I should be in the first wave?

Thanks! I had it mailed to my home, which is also in Boston…I had my mom open it for me!

need to know soon have to put down a deposit at Richmond before may 1st…:(

@evandy… damn I’m from Cambridge and no news. I got the confirmation the third week of February. I’m just expecting the worst now.

how do you know if it is going to mailed home or to your school?

@ shawshank

They’re supposed to be sending out more decisions every Friday until the class is full.

Guys, also keep in mind that your distance from a major city could affect the time it takes for your letter to get delivered.
