10character

Accepted! I’m honestly beyond shocked!
Major: Psychology
GPA: 3.59 W/ 3.4 UW
SAT/ACT:1930/28
Rank: 12/95
Hooks: URM, <10,000k income with single mom (used it to make convincing essays), and spoke really passionate about my interest in the supplement. Also, many leadership positions as well as an acclaimed athlete.

This was really a shock, especially considering I didn’t even send in all the items for the IDOC because I thought I had no chance. Good luck to everyone else and even if you don’t get in, there’s plenty more opportunities to be had!

There’s definitely a bit of tufts syndrome going on here. Everyone here is way overqualified, it’s shameful for schools to take such a practice against well-deserving students.

WAIT…is accepting a place on the wait list binding? As in if I get in via waitlist, do I have to commit?

Accepted!

GPA: 4.3 weighted
SAT: 1930
Rank: 43/550

Good luck everyone!(:

ram0276, I THINK that it is nonbinding, but I would call their office in the AM just to double check.
I’m really surprised as well at some of the people being waitlisted, I didn’t send in my IDOC stuff either!
