Hi everyone. I’ve been accepted at College of Arts and Sciences. I’m an international applicant from Vietnam and I need your help about my financial package.

As I state in my CSS profile, my family can only contribute 12000$ to Villanova’s comprehensive fee. And Villanova makes it clear that not every admitted applicant is qualified for financial aid assistance. Are there any admitted international students here who share my situation? You guys know how can I boost my chance of getting financial aid?? Is there anything I can do or shouldI just wait until finaid notification on April 1st.

Thank you for your help!!!

accepted CAS, 1500 sat and 95/100 wgpa

Hey, quick q, does anyone know when you find out if were accepted into the honors program or not?

@california2213 from what I’ve heard from last year’s admitted students, they got an email or mail (along with acceptance letter) that confirms their eligibility of attending the Honors program.

Late to post, but deferred nursing. Pretty bummed, but life goes on
Super excited that so many of you got accepted! Congrats!!

Looks like I’m late to the party

@pualum I actually think you have a really good chance RD. I personally know a few (at least 3) current Villanova students that were deferred that got in RD. I think it’s a little harder EA and you have strong stats, so I think you have a really good shot. I would stay in touch with your counselor there, update them on new accomplishments, send your midyears which hopefully will be strong. You’re definitely still in the game. Good luck.

Don’t despair those that didn’t get in EA. They received 8,600 EA apps in 2014 (a record number at the time), 9,400 last year, and over 11,000 this year. Stay strong for RD and good luck.
