<p>Well, since I’ve lurked around here for the past two weeks, I guess it might be time for me to actually say something…</p>
<p>Musical suggestion: Plastic Beach (album) by Gorillaz just came out. A lot of the songs, like White Flag and Pirate Jet, are really excellent. Empire Ants is a really good calm-down-y song.</p>
<p>Comedy suggestion: Jim Gaffigan. He is the king.</p>
<p>Pathway-checking suggestion: Let yourself check it once every two-three hours. If you’re in school, only when you’re in study hall.</p>

<p>from a parent of an applicant. Remember, no matter what happens, the school doesn’t make you; it’s what you make of a school. There are positives to every school, and you can be happy at so many places. Even if you do not attend your dream school, after you graduate you will probably look back on where you did attend and not be able to imagine going anywhere else. It happened to me and so many others I know.</p>
<p>I’d like to echo green678’s remarks. That has happened to a lot of my friends. Kids who wanted to end up at HYP but ended up at a LAC like Kenyon now wonder why they would ever want to go to /those/ schools. College is going to be amazing no matter where you go, so don’t let today make you or break you. Those of you who do get in, congrats. Those who don’t, don’t worry. There will be a school where you are wanted and you want to be. You’ll see.</p>

<p>I’m hoping that Masra91’s post implies that it’ll come out today. 
I’m ready to know whether this will open or keep close a future path for me. I can say that I’m happy where I’ll be. I’m more opened to a lot of colleges nowadays and if WashU doesn’t accept me, I’ll still be happy if I choose to go to NYU or Wellesley College. I used to disbelieve it when people say, “Don’t worry, it’ll all work out in the end.” It was because I felt like I wasn’t getting what I really want and I was on only one track. However, as December, January, February, and now March rolled by, things are starting to brighten up for me.

<p>Oh, Moon&Star, my girlfriend goes to wellesley. She comes back and forth to WU all the time. She’s got nothing but good things to say about both, so I don’t think you can lose.</p>
<p>Called admissions office today, the lady was nice and said she did not know when the decisions will be available. She said before April 1st. :(</p>

<p>Did anyone actually check the Pathway yet?</p>
<p>i checked a little while ago…if its not at 5 EST, then its not coming today haha…they wanna schedule releases that way admissions doesnt get flooded with calls…and i believe admissions closes at 4 EST so this makes sense</p>
<p>^ I’m afraid to, haha. I think I’ll wait until somebody confirms on here and posts a decision before I check :/</p>
