All right everybody, regular decisions for Wash U are coming out in a few days. Post your decision and your stats when you get them. Here's the format. (Delete the spaces in the brackets to make it display properly.)

GPA: 3.91 (unweighted)
SAT I: 710 V, 750 M, 760 W
SAT II: 780 IIC, 770 CL, 740 LR
Recs: did not read
Hooks: various leadership positions, writing awards, all-state orchestra, etc.
Recs: did not read
Essays: ok. i'm a perfectionist, so i don't think they were very entirely quite right to me.
School type: public
Comments: Surprised that the decision (although it is unofficial, i guess) came out this early. Still, I'm quite pleased I got in, and am pretty relieved that the admissions process hasn't been totally disastrous for me so far. The Spotlight weekend in April (Is this for Olin students only? I don't know.) sounds intriguing. :)

Congrats to everyone, and good luck with your other schools.

me too!!!! accepted into Olin, altho i'm leary that there's gonna be an email sent out later saying "OOPS!" sorry we sent it to the wrong person. i'm really excited NONETHELESS!

no, the likely letters are only done for people who apply to olin
all the other schools are probably going to find out either tomorrow or saturday based on what happened last year

What if you just ranked olin above other schools? I just made it my first choice because when I did that application long before I knew anything about the college process.. if i recall correctly, wash u allows you to rank the schools in preference, so if you dont get into one you could get into another? no?

I got an early acceptance today for WashU (it came in a priority mail), going for premed if I decide to go

BTW, what is Olin?
