For anyone that saw they were waitlisted, did it saw on the inbox page “send us your enrollment materials” etc. I’m so confused… And now the site crashed

[] Strengths: SATs, GPA, extracurriculars, volunteer service
[] Weaknesses: no hook/maybe overqualified?
[li] Why you think you were accepted/waitlisted/rejected: I really don’t know. I guess it’s kind of a crapshoot. Someone earlier in this thread said that Wash U sometimes wait lists overqualified applicants, so I can only hope that’s what it was.[/li][/ul]General Comments: Well I already got a likely letter from Columbia so I’m not too worried about my college plans, this was just kind of funny. But good luck everyone!

yes. exact same thing. i accepted spot on the wait list, then it wanted my enrollment deposit and now i have nothing.

When clicked on decision notification link, my s got a server error. But when clicked on enrollment info saw the checklist of items that needed to be submitted. Now all of that is gone.

[li] Why you think you were accepted/waitlisted/rejected: I think being a URM helped me a lot given my extracurricular activities are fairly generic.[/li][/ul]General Comments:
I am extremely excited I got accepted to WashU as it is currently in my top three list of schools I most wish to attend. However, I won’t know if I will be attending until I receive my financial aid package and hopefully visit the school next month.

[li] Why you think you were accepted/waitlisted/rejected: What I said in strengths[/li] [/ul]General Comments: I visited in November, and I’m not sure if WashU is exactly the right vibe for me. If I get into Carleton, I think it will probably come down to Carleton vs. WashU. Carleton seemed like a better “fit”, but WashU has so many more opportunities and resources. We’ll see! Congratulations to everyone!

qualitative - are you accepting a waitlist spot?

Our kid withdrew with almost the same stats when no scholarship interviews came. Glad we did that.

AGH! Where is mine! This is killing me! Congrats to you guys, though! :)
