[] Strengths: extracurriculars, low income first gen
[] Weaknesses: interview, not standing out much
[] Why you think you were accepted/deferred/rejected: ED definitely helps and there was nothing flagrantly wrong with my application; my situation with this school was that I applied ED, called to rescind my application and then called again the next day to unrescind, and it turns out that they didn’t unrescind so I had to call again on the Monday that decisions were supposed to be released. Admissions were awfully nice about the whole thing, so I’m grateful that they agreed to still take a look at my app.
[li] Where else you are applying or have already applied: ED1! applied to a safety and a match but haven’t heard back from either yet[/li][/ul]General Comments/Advice/Hindsight:
What I’ve learned from the whole college mess is that if you truly love a school, go for it! Don’t worry if you’ve been told that it’s a reach or that a school isn’t prestigious enough. In the end, it’s YOU who will be going to college, not anyone else who’s giving you that advice, and if you believe Wes is the place for you, then by all means, apply :)

sat i (breakdown): 2090 (700CR 660M 720W (10 essay))
act: umm I got a 29 but it was right after I found out what I got on my SAT and I didn’t care anymore so I put in random answers for the last two sections… I didn’t send the score
sat ii (if submitted): (plus or minus 20 points. I don’t have them memorized) 740 BioM, 670 Literature. haha I got a 580 on my US History one and sent it but I guess they just ignored it lolllll
