*Official Williams Class of 2010 Decision Thread*

i used to hate purple but suddenly, it's grown on me immensely.

anyway, i completely agree with Rebellic Fish. everyone accepted is going to have amazing stats and accomplishments. if you want to post them that's perfectly fine, as you should be really proud, but i just don't really want to.

soo with that, my name's Stephanie, Steph, or whatever other variation of the name you can think up. i'm very passionate about sports, particularly softball, which I'll be playing at Williams. I applied ED and since my acceptance I've been impatiently counting down the days til we get to Williamstown. I'm from southeastern Mass, huge Red Sox fan, love the outdoors, skiing, snowboarding, being active, whatever. I try to play guitar and I used to play piano but I haven't in a while.

Anyone feel free to IM me at stephsb12. I'd love to talk to any and all future Ephs!!

I'm still unsure if I'm going there or somewhere else. My sn is everkingly316. I would also like to speak to others that are either going to Williams or haven't decided yet.

I really had no intention of "bragging" about any stats. This is just the type of thread that pops up in almost any college forum, and it WOULD be helpful to posterity :)

And I'm beginning to see purple in a new light as well haha

Okay, posting my stats was just a formality, seeing as how this is a Decision Thread, and could possibly help other applicants later on.

Soo...Hi! My name is Jacques (Jack), and I live in Southern California. I love classical music as you can probably tell from the post above. (I play oboe and violin). I'm also very passionate about composing, and will be going to an international composition workshop (I'm soooo excited about it!) over the summer. I'm practically fluent in French. Umm what else...I plan to major in English/Comparative Literature if I attend Williams.

About two years ago, I visited the campus, and absolutely loved it! I can't really say if Williams is currently my first choice though...I'll have to find out about that when I visit again!

P.S.: rhapsodyshadow, I love your essay topics, hahah.

It could be a lot worse. You could have been accepted to Brown and be looking forward to 4 years of being mistaken for someone who works for UPS. Or Tufts and look like a UPS employee with light blue accents. :)

Hahaha!!..Funny post clayleas:D

I thought Brown's colors were red and black (and maybe white?) but yeah, UPS uniforms are kinda cool.

I'd rather be mistaken for the UPS guy than Ursula.

But I still love Williams anyway, despite its poor choice in colors.
