...or an early curse! Man, that would freak me out so much!

I am crapping in my pants

Has anybody just called Stanford and asked when they're mailing the decisions?

ah this is making me nervous.

This is like waiting for a baby to be born -- it's coming, but you don't know exactly when!

AHHHH why won't they just put something on their website telling us when they are e-mailing decisions! Anyway, good luck to all!

Avalon, if only we could induce labor...

really! :)

Thanks for checking Avalon!

Just called Stanford and they said that they are still reading the applications and, as Avalon said, they are sticking to their mid-December date. Though the guy who picked up did say that if you don't get your decision by the 20th, you should call.

Hmm. Then I guess we can assume that we will not receive decisions via email on the 9th.

Yeah, and at least half of us are fated to have miscarriages

By the way, does anyone know whether the snail mail gives it away...
I mean does an acceptance letter/packet? have CONGRATULATIONS on it or something.

yes, mail gives it away.

It did last year. We have no proof of that now.

lol now none of them will have it and we'll all be instantly disppointed when we get an envelope with nothing on the front, even if we really got in.

The emails wont give it away this year. The email we got from Stanford today said the decision email would include a link to the judgment site.

by the way, does anyone know how to start a thread...i know...i'm a nube

go to the main stanford forum, and click on "New Thread". it's right under the Featured Discussions

thanks, really appreciate it!!!
