quick question...
my yale 500 word essay is about an aspect of me that is mentioned in the application but it connects that program to my future goals...

is that bad?? I can't rewrite it now but do you think tha will tick off Yale admissions??

roggle- If it is just mentioned in the app, and you're going into more detail in the essay. I think that is fine. One of my essays is about my extracurricular activities, but it goes in depth about it - things they can't learn from the extracurriculars column.

By the way, SCEA decisions come out same week as my birthday =. Hopefully it will be a good one, heh heh.

Just FYI to everyone, not directing it at anyone specifically: this thread is for positive, warm and fuzzy feel-good posts, not anxious, "Did I get everything in on time and in the right spot and right format?" posts.

I think it would be nice to revive one of the old questions: What do you love about Yale?

Since I'm getting enough PMs on this, this is the story...

I'm already in Law school (here we go straight to it after high school. I'm in 1st year). For that reason I cannot apply as a transfer since my courses will not transfer. So they let me apply as a freshman but my university transcript will be out in February and they cant make a decision in December without it.
