<p>I'm trying to submit my application but I have been unable to because my school forms are not completed, according to the website. I have all offline providers and my offline application has been sent in, but I can't figure out how to bypass the online school forms to allow me to send in the application. Can anyone tell me how to do this? It would help so much! Thanks!</p>
