Buuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuump

....bump....

So......you should probably chance me.

Last Bump!!!!!!!!

Georgetown- good match
BC- good match
Colgate- more than likely will be accepted
Vanderbilt- hard to say

I know people from public schools who have gotten into these school with low to mid 1300 SAT's. None are safeties, but you should get into at least a couple of them. I live 10 minutes from colgate, and it is such a pretty campus. Be sure to visit, it is very unique(and the food is amazing)

Thanks for the optimistic chances! Anyone else? In particular, does anyone know how difficult it would be for me to get into Michigan or Wisconsin OOS (applying very early)? Perhaps I need another safety??????

No experts on CC????

no, no experts sadly enough.

and your school should have a decent college counselor. he/ she would know better

ha thanks van sant for that astute observation. Guidance counseling at my school is next to non-existent, as you could infer from the creation of this thread. Im really just looking for a realistic understanding of my chances at these schools, and if they dont appear to be a fit for me, then some recommendations of schools which would.

And no my school doesnt have the naviance thing, and I dont have an "acceptance standard" to compare myself to. However, Im sure there are many people on this site who have knowledge of these standards at the schools I listed, and hopefully some who are willing to impart that knowledge to me.

Wisconsin and Michigan in particular

well its a bit unusual for an elite prep school to not have a good gc. but, stranger things happen
