<p>how the hell can you send it on accident, there are like 3 different things you have to do to confirm the submission</p>

<p>I did the check the PDF file, I checked my signatures, I DOUBLE checked the PDF.</p>
<p>I entered the credit card info and clicked submit..and it said I submitted part 2...then i started to freak</p>
