<p>Yes, I’m referring to physics, not physical science. For engineering majors, it is definitely desirable to take pre-calc and physics in HS. If you have trouble with your scheduling, it might also make sense to look into taking a community college class, perhaps next summer before starting college. Most colleges will accept some transfer credits, although the bigger issue is being ready to start with Calc 1 and Physics your first semester in college.</p>
<p>So since I am retaking the SAT, would it matter if I take the one in October or November? I’m just curious if the November one is kinda late in the year. There isn’t as much time between now and October, and I would prefer more time to study, but I also know that applying to colleges early is better than later as it increases my chances of being accepted/looked at.</p>
