UW GPA is bringing you down
Boston University- low reach
Bentley University- high match
UCONN- match
Northeastern- reach
Fordham University- low reach
NYU- high reach (assuming its Stern)
UMASS boston- match
Pace University- match

You are going to have to write some spectacular essays to compensate for your UW GPA. Also, your letter of recommendations need to be amazing. Your test scores are fine for these schools, but your UW GPA is really low. You should find some safety schools.

Agree with the above. UCONN might be a low reach if out of state and Fordham is a reach for you as well average student has 3.5-3.7. UW GPA is not doing you any favors

Thanks everyone, I’m thinking about doing a few online courses from the school to pick up my UW GPA, so do you think PreCalculus and Algebra would be manageable?

@hope4nyu why did you change your UW GPA wasn’t it a 2.9 before? Or is it actually a 3.2 and you miscalculated? A .3 jump is a huge jump and would change things. And on other posts your UW GPA was a 3.3 before 2nd semester of your junior year. I’m not trying to be mean or anything; I’m just saying tell us your actual stats, so we can be of more help.

@tola2015 i was reading the wrong number so it is a 3.2… Our school doesnt give us an actual transcript until we finish junior year so I was ball-parking in the previous posts. Thanks for helping clear that up
