Oh my God Dat SAT

So, my first attempt I obtained:

780 M 630 R 740 W 12 E=2150

This time:

710 M 670 R 750 W 11 E=2130

But my superscore is 2200. Should I just stop ? .. :( or what should I do. I have take the test a few times.. through my sophomore and junior year. Idk how I should approach this situation

You’ve already taken it at least 3 times, right? Your CR/M score is 1450, which is competitive for merit scholarships. I’d say you’re done. Get on with life! :)

Thanks sylvan, I feel a bit better :).

Yeah if you’ve already taken it 3+ times, it’s not worth it and colleges will think you don’t have your priorities straight. Just take the 2200 and move on.

I just don’t feel the “superscore” of a 2200 isn’t as strong as a single-sitting. I feel a lot of colleges won’t accept superscore either.

Well how many times have you taken it to be exact? You may have just plateaued and there’s no way for you to improve any more. Like I said, colleges look down upon taking the SAT 3+ times more than they do on low scores. It shows that you’re stubborn, obsessed with the test, and don’t know how to move on.

~ 4 times. So I might just stop :). It’s just those 4 times I took were like distributed throughout high school–I don’t know if I pleateaued , althought I might have.
