yeah coming from Southern California, nyc sounds fantastic.

i dunno about the whole thing about “good looking schools” down here. It really depends which school exactly b/c there are so many freakin colleges big and small in SoCal it’s ridiculous. And besides, the UC schools are HUGE. You would either find yourself drowning in a sea of Asian kids (ahem, Berkeley and Irvine) or wondering where the hell the “good looking” so cal guys and gals are in the crowd of relatively normal looking people.

but i heard at ucla you occasionally spot a celebrity on the streets. or in my cousin’s case, james franco studying at starbucks like a normal ucla student.

I’m thinking about transferring to Columbia as well

California girls…it depends. Step into USC or UC Santa Barbara and you’ll find at least 100 model-worthy girls. Go to UC Irvine and you’ll stay celibate your whole life haha

NYC definitely has the hottest females. I’d say if you want a great school with modelesque females I’d say consider Vanderbilt, NYU, & Syracuse.

The young women at NYU are incredible. Homogeneous in the appearance, but still attractive in line with what counts as beautiful in the American media this day and age.

Wow. A Columbian finally recognizing the assets that NYU possess.

NYU women are certainly hotter than Columbia women. But that’s like saying my finger-paintings are better than those of the average 5-year-old. In either case it’s damning with faint praise.

There are a number of legitimately hot women at NYU - I went out recently with one - but it still pales in comparison with the bigger state schools known for their students’ beauty. Most of whom are in the South or Southwest.
