<p>Hey
What are my chances for either Columbia College or Columbia Engineering ED?? or Cornell College or NYU CAS??? I want to end up at nyu or columbia law someday....</p>

<p>Gpa: about a 3.8-3.9 unweighted over 4+ something weighted</p>

<p>rank:(School doesnt) (but i go to the #2 public high school in the state of New Jersey and my current grade has about 420 students)</p>

<p>SAT: 2210
SAT II's: still have to take which ones are recommended?</p>

2 township newspapers, writing articles 1 or 2 per month since 10th grade, got paid well too </p>

<p>380-400 hours as a firefighter soon to become an active firefighter...
15-20 hours for community temple services
Also, started a job (computer repair and service) were ALL of my $ went to hurricane katrina victims and red cross</p>

<p>please tell me my chances and other schools i should apply too and what more i need to improve on

<p>I'd say pretty good what you have so far. Are you a junior or senior... If you haven't taken SAT IIs yet, I don't know what the policy other schools have on taking them late... I'd suggest Math IIC, English/History, bio/chem/phys. If you have good essays, I'd say you have a shot.</p>

<p>should i apply to columbia college? or columbia engineering supposedly the ed rate for columbia college is 23% and for engineering its 49% however im not that good with math (notice why im not taking calculus) but I DREAM OF COLUMBIA! anyone!????</p>

<p>Apply to what you want to do when you get there. What good is getting into the school of your dreams if you can't even do what you want to do when you get there?</p>
