By the way, either you don't sleep a day if you study for 12 hours or you're lying. You said you're starting more than 1 club which means staying after school for hours. You would get virtually no sleep.

It's time to become independent. You should figure some of these things out for yourself. It's your life, not ours. You're still asking us to give you directions as to what to do. By the way, I doubt your parents will have the time for you to take classes at that place. One car is very hard to live with.

Wait a minute, there's nothing wrong with asking advice. In fact, smartest people usually do listen to advices and ask.

There's also such thing as figurative sense, Masterus.

He's not asking advice. He's asking for what to do each step of the way. That's not independent. By the way you could learn the grammar/vocabulary of French 1 in a day. It took me 2 days to learn Spanish 4 grammar/vocabulary. also in my school there is a French 1,2 class which combines French 1/French 2. then you could take French 3. If your school has that, you could take French Sophmore year.

By the way, the mind isn't omnipresent or else we'd know all the world's events. The mind is infinite in it's own ways.

I see. I'll look into self study. Thank you for advice. ;)

i wish i had your schedule. my school only offers honors in math and english and the occasional skip ahead science (like me in bio) for freshman. bleh
.-_-. Dimples.

Wow, does it offer AP?

For some people, I am lucky, I realize. I'll self study APBio. from Cliff Notes and French. Should take me a day or so ;)

{quote]masterus" It took me 2 days to learn Spanish 4 grammar/vocabulary."

dude you are a giant ****, its pretty stupid to say that you learned spanish grammar in 2 days. I've been studying spanish for more than 10 years, I'm a native speaker, and i'm taking ib spanish higher level, and i doubt i'd be able to learn all of the grammar one has to learn all year in two days, no matter how much you study.

if you could then you should be able to cram for all your finals in one day..

Nope. Spanish 4 has more emphasis on the Subjunctive mood, etc. It's practically adding on. Grammar isn't hard to laern. It's called "idiot's work". All you have to do is memorize, anyone has the ability to do it. it's very simple.

wow dude ur a freshman just chill a little bit its your first year

i used to think the same thing that taking the hardest HARDEST classes possible that even the smart juniors didnt take would get me into college. now i know that is just ********. just chill a little bit with your first year in high school. i was thinking the same thing as you.

if you find your schedule too easy after your frosh year, then think about taking math classes at a CC or something. dont get so hyped up about what and which courses you are going to take. im a sophomore and college is far from my mind. i just worry about good grades, EC, and stuff like that.

dont worry, you will have time to think about all this. i mean you are challenging yourself, i give you props to that, but your pushing yourself off the plank man.

this is coming from someone who was thinking the same things you are.

but if you dont wanna listen to me, then by all means do what u want. you know yourself better than anyone on here :)

Was that a joke? o_O

why are you taking algebra II and calc BC at the same time? you're insane.

No, not concurrently. Algebra II with Pre-Calc concurrently, and that is after a month. Then everything on after that is by itself.

Thank you for your advice Redwood - it's advice like that I'm looking for. I think I'll grow into it ;) Right now, actually at this moment, I'm ordering Cliff's AP Biology book and Schaum's Calculus for self-study. Less than $10 each on Amazon :D

Wow you ARE insane. Do you ever sleep?

Yes. Yes, about 5-6 hours. About 14 hours on weekends.

Fsu-uf, don't pay attention to Masterus he's very popular here if you'll read his posts :)
I don't know about Spanish but you're probably not even understanding what a grammar is.
I studied grammar of Russian language's gramm for seven years on a native level -- we had basically Russian language class-- separate class completely dedicated to grammar and I'm really not able to memorize all the different terms and rules and exceptions that exist in language. I can't say that I know grammar of the language even in slight moderation.

For goodness' sake, there are people that do graduate work on philology and now comes in Masterus and say that he masteruse..eh, mastered whole grammar of a language.

ChaosTheory, since you asked me before, bio is only available regular. AP can only be taken after regular bio, which ill probably take my senior year. i would also not recommend selfstudying anyting foreign, like bio, since it seems you are a freshman. correct me if im wrong though. it might look good on paper, like some other classes you have, but taking all that as 14 year old is just not feasible.

I see. Right now, actually, I've just finished up studying limits from PR's Cracking APABBC and it doesn't seem too hard at all. Correct me if I am wrong and it does later on :D Yes, I am a freshman. It is possibly to self-study in my case after one semester though, because, I will have finished Bio. at school; with that knowledge, I could continue self-study. Please give me your insight into this.
