School Report
MidYear Report
Final Report
(it seems that counselors should submit these in the "school forms"
section of the CommonApp)

And normally.......when do the above reports have to be submitted?
I mean, what if my counselor already submitted a school report in 11/01??
(which can't contain my grades of 1st semester of senior)
Doesnt the counselor have to update the school report?

I think I am having this problem cuz I dont really know exactly what
the three reports are..

Your GC should know all the reports you mention above, when they are due and how the schools expect them. You don’t send them in anyway. The school does.

School report is a reference to having your high school send your transcript about the time you apply for college and what your high school sends is usually your transcript along with a school profile providing such things as courses available at the school (including AP). Mid-year is sending grades/transcript after completion of first semester and often the school sends with it the courses you are enrolled in for second semester. Final means your transcript after you finish high school and high school will send those with verification that you have graduated. Usually you must have your high school send your school report when you apply although some colleges do not require actual transcript at that time but instead want you to self-report your grades on the application but those colleges, such as the UCs, usually do not use the common app. Mid-year report needs to be sent only if college requires it (many do, many do not); final transcript does need to be sent to college you plan to attend.
