Oh where to apply!!

Hello all. I'm incredibly open to suggestions about where I should apply, here are my stats and list of schools...

GPA:3.97 from a state school
LSAT: 167

ECs: Model UN, Editor student newspaper, research assistant, 2 years study abroad

Background: Rural, small town

My list includes:
Penn
Cornell
Boalt
Colombia

Boston College
Boston University
Fordham

I guess I'm trying to decide if I should just go all out and apply T14? What do you think?

um...wat state school

if its like ohio state,ur 3.97 is really not that impressive

if ur at U Michigan or CAL BERK or UVA or UCLA, i would say thats dam impressive

i think u got a great shot at Cornell, i would also a place like Duke

in the top 14, i think Duke, Cal, and Cornell have the lowest lsat ranges

dont be fooled by the rankings, b/c some of the schools such as Northwestern is extremely selective, i think their lsat range is like the#4 or 5 highest of all law schools. Duke and Cornell aren't as selective.

i had the same lsat and a lower gpa (but at a well-regarded LAC) and got into 3 T14s and was waitlisted at 2 others. rejected at 2 others (one was deferred then rejected).

if there's a T14 you want to go to, and you don't need merit aid, i say go for it. but i'd apply ASAP. the earlier schools see the application, i think the better your chances of getting in.

I second this, at least for reach schools.
