<p>I am an international applicant, applied by scholarship consideration deadline, and never heard anything. Umm... To me it looks right now that all the scholarship candidates got their letters already!!</p>
<p>I did not send the certification of finance since my family cannot pay at all. Intl's are not eligible for financial aid at USC...</p>

<p>No. There is a post at the end of the thread about "waves of letters" arriving on a weekly basis until the end of February or around that time.</p>
