Ohio residency

<p>i’m an out-of-state student who is waitlisted for the Morrill scholarship. im not what is the likelihood of getting the scholarship…</p>

<p>i already received 4000/yr for national buckeye and if i get a 1 point higher on my ACTs, 6000-something/year…overall, i still have a big difference to pay since i’m an out-of-stater.</p>

<p>does anyone know what the residency rules are in Ohio? i’ve considered going to osu the first year as oos and then hoping to claim residency so my tuition will be much cheaper.</p>

<p>any ideas?</p>
