Hi! I’m starting to get really nervous reading the stats of everyone who was accepted.
I’m OOS
Agriculture major
3.3 uw/3.7 weighted GPA
27 ACT
5 APs, all honors/college credit throughout hs
EC: marching band all four years + section leader, part time job for year and a half
I’m also a first gen and a minority if that helps at all
Please be brutally honest with me, do I have any chance?
tbh u probably will be deffered so they can see ur stats compared to rd
Your ACT score, being a first gen, rigor from 5 APs, and being a minority definitely gives you a great chance!
that’s better than a rejection so I’ll take it lol
act usualy gotta be close to 28. especially for oos
My superscore is a 28 but they don’t superscore 
i dont mean to be rude or mean, but if u think about the number of apps osu gets, there are thousdands of first gen students with higher gpas
yeah that’s why i’m getting so nervous, just hoping for the best i guess

i applied to UW-Madison and NC State as well and I’ve gotten into a few in-state safety schools already so that’s good haha
