ohio state decision?

<p>I am an international applicant to OSU,and i sent them all the documents they needed.My status stayed at evaluation for about 2 weeks,when I checked it today it went back to incomplete and they added two more requirements one of them was Financial Affidavit of Support and the other was Confidential Bank Statement.What does this mean,does it mean they accepted me and i need to send more documents,im very confused of why the added them now and not before,any help would be appreciated.thank you.</p>
