If cost is not a factor, which one do you think is best for an Econ major?

Thanks

Look up the curricula for both and see how they differ.

Ohio State = Case Western

@informative - I know that Case Western has a good reputation for the sciences and engineering (which might make it better than OSU if I was going into those fields) But are they really equal for Econ and Stats?
Thanks

I don’t think we can say that any of these are better than the others. Each has an excellent business school which offers an economics degree. OSU has the advantage of also having an Econ Dept located in the College of Arts and Sciences, separate from the business school.

I tend to agree with “Erin’s Dad.” Compare the curricula at each and see which one best suits your interests. I don’t think you can make a mistake with any of them. I think you might have the advantage of smaller classes at CWRU. It’s much smaller than the other two and has better student/faculty ratio.

CWRU offers better learning conditions, on par with OSu’s Honors college. However, cost may make the question moot. Apply to both and compare offers as well as curriculum once you’ve been admitted to both.
