Ohio State?

Hi there, I was wondering if anyone could tell me what my chances might be of getting into Ohio State University? I absolutely love the school, and I'd really like to go there and major in Philosophy alongside the pre-med program. I am in-state, and will not need financial aid. I've only taken my ACT one time so far, and I got a 27. I will be taking it again at the end of September. My GPA is a measly 3.41, but I am top 15% of my class. I've taken every honors class my school offers for freshmen, sophmores and juniors, and I took APUSH (the only AP class available to juniors), and scored a 4 on the exam. I am captain of the Academic Team for the second year in a row, and I was in Varsity Band for 4 years, starting in 8th grade year (first chair sax all four years, if that means anything). I participated in many clubs/activities throughout my freshman, sophmore, and junior years, including drama, teen institute, book club, international club, ski club, and serving our soldiers "SOS" club. I go to a very small school, so we don't have many clubs or activities. I did about 75% of the ones my school offers. I am also in National Honor Society. I have work experience (law office for 1.5 years and growing, working at McDonald's going on 3 months now), and I will have more than 50 hours of volunteer work at a local hospital by the end of the semester.

I don't know if this counts as a "hook," but I'm adopted. I was adopted when I was 9. Other than that, I'm a white female from a family with high income. My dad is also retired, if that plays any part. He did not finish college, however my mom has her JD.

I feel I have decent credentials, but I've known others with better ones that were denied admission. However, what I feel may play in my favor is that for my senior year, I will be taking a full load of college courses at Bowling Green State University for both high school and college credit. This semester will be 18 credit hours, which is a pretty heavy courseload. I was told that if I can pull a good GPA in the college courses, that will very much help my chances of admission to any school, not only OSU. But again, I don't know for sure because there isn't much out there on the topic of PSEO helping chances of college admission (and AP was not an option, because there are only 2 AP courses available to seniors).

I expect my essays and recs will be good as well.

Anyway, if anyone could help me out, I would really appreciate it. Other schools I am interested in are Rutgers, University of Florida, DePaul University, and Loyola of Chicago (to name a few). If you know anything about my chances at any of those schools, too, that would be great. Thanks!!!
