<p>ACT- Really bad, I am going to take it again in the fall
Composite: 20 17 english, 8 writing, 21 Math, 23 Reading and 20 science</p>

<p>EC's: (years part of the club) Senior means I will be a part of it next year
Bowling (freshmen, sophmore years)
FCCLA- Volunteer group (Sophmore, Junior, senior year)
Geode- (literary magazine (Sophmore, Junior, senior year)
Speech and Debate (Junior, Senior)
Marketing Education/ DECA (Senior)- Treasurer</p>

<p>I am looking at the following schools:
Miami U
Bowling Green State U
Toledo U
U of Cincinnati
Ashland U.
Ohio U.</p>

<p>I am not intrested into going to OSU.</p>

<p>What are my chances? If there is another school that I should look into please tell me. </p>

<p>I think you can definitely get into all of those except Ashland, about which I know absolutely nothing. Congrats. </p>

<p>Have you thought about some other Ohio colleges? Case is pretty good, so is Ohio Wesleyan and Kenyon. </p>

<p>Your ACT is a bit on the low side for ou, bg, and uc. But, your high GPA more than makes up for it.</p>

<p>One bit of information that I forgot to add. I was orginally born in the Ukraine and I have Cerebral Palsy as well. I've been living in the states for 11 and a half years now.</p>

<p>Does that make me more appealing to universities that are reaches? (ie Miami)</p>

<p>Use that as a hook. Show how these two things have developed who you are and shape your unique viewpoint on the world. I won't guarantee that it will pust you over the top, but it won't hurt.</p>

<p>The ACT is way lower than the average ACT for either Kenyon or Ohio Wesleyan.</p>
