ok here goes

I'm narrowing down my list to...

Brown, Pomona, Reed, Scripps, Cal SU Long Beach, UC Berkeley, UCD, UCSC, University of Chicago, Stanford, Swarthmore, and Washington University in St. Louis

Some of these decisions are random and not very well thought out, but I'm indecisive. So, what do y'all think my chances are at these places? I do want to go to college, so it would be nice not to be rejected everywhere.

GPA: weighted is about 4.3, unweighted about 3.9. Schedule includes 2 AP classes sophomore year, 3 junior year, with lots of honors classes too.

SAT grades: 800 critical reading, 800 writing, 690 math. so 2290 combined.
SAT II: Spanish 780, US History 780, Lit 770

AP scores (does this matter?) : 5's on Euro, APUSH, English Lang, and Spanish Lang, 4 on Physics and 3 on Chem

EC's ...
Track and Cross Country (JV) 10th and 1th grade. probably will not do senior year
Drama for all 4 yrs, been in several plays, lead role next year
Spanish Honors Society 11th-12th grade
Interact- 10th, 11th, 12th grades, will be co-president next year

I am a white, female, middle-class from northern CA (does any of this matter?)

any thoughts would be appreciated! you are all much more knowledgeable about this whole process than I am, I'm sure.

You'll make it to CSULB. You only need a 2.0 GPA and ok SAT scores to go there.

Stanford might be a slight reach/reach. It's like an ivy league now(10% acceptance rate).

UC Berkeley: slight reach/ match

UC Davis: match/ slight reach

Are you in the Eligibility in Local Content program? The UC system will notify you, if you were accepted into the program. It's a program for the top 4% of students in each high school. If a student is accepted, they're guaranteed acceptance to a UC.

Even with the program, I suggest applying to private colleges, too.

You're SAT scores are good. If you want you can retake the SATs for your math, but I would work on my applications, if I were you. I bombed the SATs, so I'm studying for the ACTs.

You have great test scores first of all. The math could be upped a little to help you out. Good GPA but do you not have class rank? Sorry if I misread and you mentioned it. I think you have an excellent chance at all the UC's but Brown and Stanford could be a bit of struggle since you dont have that many E.C's and why are you quitting XC??
