Okay, so January 2 at midnight...is that the 12:00 a.m. between January 1 and 2? Or January 2 and 3? And if the deadline closes at Baker Island time...what time and date would that be in Eastern Standard time?

I think figuring out the deadline is meant to be the first test; I'm obviously failing.

My advice is just to get it done before the very last second. Just because you can turn it in on Baker Island time on the last day doesn't mean you should.

I know that; I'm trying to finish, obviously, working at this hour. But I'd like to know when I have until, in case I'd like to stop and sleep for a bit. ;-)

The Uncommon Application :: How Late Can I Apply?

As long as it is January 2nd somewhere in the world you can still apply to U Chicago. That means that it has to be before January 3rd on Baker Island to apply.

However, you must let the University know if you are sending the application in after midnight in your time zone by contacting Libby at the email provided on the page I linked.
