<p>Alright ladies. Help us settle an argument. All else being equal — if you had to choose between a guy who shaves daily or every other day OR a guy whose beard is pretty scruffy (inbetween the sexy stubble look and an actual beard) which would you choose and why? The latter shaves once a week or every two weeks.</p>
<p>What do the two different styles say about a person?</p>
<p>I prefer a little facial hair, but nothing very scruffy/itchy or it’s just bothersome. If I can tug on it, it’s probably too much

<p>I don’t know if I believe in any stereotype based on shaven or not.</p>
<p>I generally don’t care as long as it looks “clean.” I don’t like guys who style as if they hadn’t looked into a mirror for several weeks.</p>
<p>I hope ladies either answer clean-shaven or no preference, because I don’t think I’ll ever be able to deal with seeing myself with facial hair. Everyday shaver here.</p>

<p>Although I find 5 o’clock shadow/several days unshaven to be moderately sexy, but - with a few notable exceptions - I generally prefer clean-shaven men.</p>

<p>It’s so funny, because soooo many of my guy friends want to get some type of facial hair and me and my girl friends are always just like “Nooo,” but then we don’t want to be mean, so we’re just kind of iffy on the subject. haha.</p>

<p>I hate my facial hair, it takes forever to grow. I can’t shave every day or else I get major razor burn. So after I shave I have a few days of nice stubble and then it gets to an awkward stage where it’s too short to shave but too long to be considered stubble.</p>
<p>So are we saying we’re only choosing based on that? Not personality, interests, or anything else?
If so, I’d prefer more clean shaven, but if other factors are taken into account it doesn’t really matter either way.</p>
<p>I prefer guys who shaves daily. If I see a guy with facial hair or a full-on beard, it’s a huge turn-off.</p>

<p>hard to say. Some guys look better clean shaven, others look better scruffy. Most of the times I think the clean shaven guys are better looking, but I think a lot of scruffy guys have more of the personality I like (not bro or super preppy). Scruffy is good looking to me as long as the guy’s hair is soft and well-kept. Not a huge fan of beards though</p>

<p>Clean-shaven is always attractive, but moderate scruff is sexy. Lumberjack beards on the other hand? No, thank you.</p>
<p>I think it depends on the guy and if he can pull of the scruffy look or not.</p>
<p>Im a guy and I keep it scruffy. But to grow it to the point where you look like a cave man or something…thats really gross and a turn off for everyone.</p>

<p>I prefer clean shaven guys though to full grown facial hair. But I don’t mind that 5 o’clock shadow/haven’t shaved in a couple days looking either.</p>
