I have quite a strange question, therefore do not be surprised when you will read that.
For example, I intend (like other people) to join a theatre of drama.
Of course, I have no enough money to.

In our country I tried to join our university and was admitted beucause I had the greatest points (math, physics, chemistry).
Then I've found out that I can try to pass the ACT test to have a chance to get scholarship.
Now I'd like to ask you: is it real to get scholarship, passing the test, and be able to pay for the education, using scholarship money?

I am sorry for that, but I live in other country and we have such a possibility.

I’m not entirely sure what your question is but I THINK you are asking if you take the ACT and get a great score if that is enough to get a paid US education.

No.

It would not hurt but there are many other things that have to happen.

College is very expensive in the US. Most scholarships here go to US citizens.

Your best bets are 1) get a great education in your country and then come visit for a semester or 2) search for scholarships in your country that finance study abroad and then choose the US or 3) find a college in the US that has a strong program in your language/country and contact them to see if they have scholarships and/or teaching opportunities for you.

There may be some special opportunities in #2. Perhaps there IS a scholarship in your country for US study. Could that be where you heard this story about the ACT test? Follow the rumor and perhaps it is founded in something that is good for you.
