Okay, Honestly?

Who is excited for school? like actually excited? And why? And if you are excited is it despite all the summer homework you still have? lol....

I am excited, I really like my schedule... except I am nervous for my precalc finals (end of summer) and all the homework I have not done yet. Cough...

I’m really excited/anxious for school to start! I know that I’m much more prepared this year, as I have a little more experience with the advanced classes that my school offers! I just went shopping for school supplies today! YESSSSS! My other friends at school are always teasing me, because I don’t like shopping and could care less about name brand clothes…back to school shopping is my guilty pleasure! haha. Seriously…I just got a great bargain on some #2 pencils today…
Anyways, I’m really excited for junior year! Ironically enough, I’m fairly certain that I am the only person in my 11th grade class who is intelligent AND enjoys school…odd? yes, it’s truly an anomaly :stuck_out_tongue: Only 38 more days until classes resume! :)

I am mildly excited. :)

I am pretty excited because I have double science and I can’t wait to start up my club and go back to my robotics team. And yes, it is despite me having 12 chapters of Latin III, AP Chem work, and 2 AP English books.

Yes, I love school! I like seeing my friends everyday and AP/ honors classes seem to have the most fun because the teacher can be more relaxed and we have more interesting conversations. Also, I can get pretty bored in the summer just sitting at home doing absolutely nothing for a whole day, so it’s nice to have something to occupy me. I’m also pretty pumped that I’m starting senior year, but that’s also a bad thing at the same time. I’m already feeling the stress of taking 6 APs, applying to colleges and worrying about being rejected from my top choices and whatnot. sigh

yes. Agreed. I am excited despite everything, which is so… bad

I’m excited! Junior year, the most important! I can’t wait to see my friends again and see what APUSH is like! The teacher is amazing, he won the history teacher of the year award last year for Kansas. APUSH along with AP Lang&Comp are what I’m most excited for. And of course, the new FOREIGN EXCHANGE STUDENTS. I love fes, lol. School supplies shopping is fun, almost more fun than school clothes shopping…

Almost finished with my summer work, I’ll finish it all easily before these last 3 weeks are up!

i am looking forwards to the ladiez

JadoreKelsey… don’t be excited for APUSH, even if you have a great teacher, lol. You will be anything but excited when you must do book notes.

Ah, really? Book notes? No thanks, lol. I’ll be excited for the field trips & 25 cent coffee instead.

25 cent coffee and field trips?! Sign me up! That must be a great APUSH class, lol. Does your teacher brew coffee for you guys and you just have to pay a quarter?

I’m pretty excited for junior year. Especially since I am done with being with the dumb people in my grade!!! That’s right no regular level junior classes for me. :stuck_out_tongue: lol But yeah the massive amount of summer homework I have is calling me. But I finished school shopping (clothes and supplies) so I have plenty of time. In theory…haha…

uh…I’d like to keep it summer for at least another month :P

For first semester I go from 2 courses to 4 courses then to 5 courses to 3 courses and finally to 5 courses by the end of August because of some odd scheduling things. So I’m not as anxious about starting school because of my summer classes.

To be honest, I’m enjoying summer too much to be excited about school… I could go a long time without being overloaded with homework.

I’m not excited because I’m procrastinating my summer assignments l0l.
When I’m done with them I will be ready to go back.

I am fairly excited for Junior year, but all the balancing I have to do between work, sports, ec’s, and sleep is going to kill me at some point!

I’m excited for college applications/decisions but not school

I love summer because I can be lazy for a while. I have that excited/nervous feeling about maintaining great grades while not over-doing it next year. Haha, school supply shopping is kinda fun!

I mean you need a healthy balance in your life for what you do. Balancing school work, ECs (2 bball teams, 2 clubs I’m starting, SGA, Athletics Committee, Science Olympiad, Debate, Church service), family time (I like hangin’ w/ my fam :stuck_out_tongue: ), and sleep will be veeeeeery difficult.

Just 1.5 more years to go, then I get to relax 2nd semester of senior year baby! :)

senior year, only one year till I get out of this school. Ya, I’m psyched!
